Gregory Omar Osborne is a licensed talent agent and experienced producer with a rich background in nonprofit leadership, theater production, and talent development. As the founder of Dottridge Talent Agency, Gregory represents artists across theater, television, and film, offering a deeply personalized and strategic approach to career building.
Formerly the owner of Dottridge Talent Management, Gregory transitioned into agency representation to better serve his growing roster with greater reach and resources. His clients have been seen in Broadway productions of Oklahoma, Mrs. Doubtfire, and Frozen, national tours of Hairspray, Mean Girls, Peter Pan, The Book of Mormon, and across television and commercials.
Gregory began his journey in the entertainment industry as a performer, but discovered his true purpose in cultivating space for others through his nonprofit, Progressive Theater. Founded in 2018, the company is his charitable initiative committed to producing culturally enriched stories that uplift the voices of Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color, as well as women.
As an agent, Gregory continues his mission of fostering authentic, inclusive, and sustainable careers. He is especially passionate about guiding Black and Brown artists to achieve success on their own terms, with tailored support and unwavering advocacy. His mantra, “My Black is Permanent,” is a powerful reminder to always lead with truth, integrity, and cultural pride.
