About Dottridge Talent Agency
Elevating Talent with Intention
Dottridge Talent Agency was founded with heart, heritage, and a clear intention—to uplift emerging and established talent with the kind of personalized care and clarity often missing in the entertainment industry.
The name "Dottridge" carries deep personal significance. It is my mother’s name—an emblem of grace, resilience, and unwavering support. My own journey from actor to representative was shaped by her steady encouragement and wisdom. This agency is not just a business; it’s an extension of her spirit and values.
At Dottridge, we honor each client’s uniqueness while guiding them strategically through a complex and evolving industry. We prioritize integrity, collaboration, and meaningful growth. Every move we make is intentional, because our mission is not only to represent talent—but to truly advocate for it.
Welcome to a new standard of representation. Welcome to Dottridge.
Gregory Omar Osborne
Founder and Talent Agent, Dottridge Talent Agency

Gregory Omar Osborne is a licensed talent agent and dedicated advocate for artists. With a dynamic background in nonprofit leadership, theater production, and talent development, Gregory brings a personalized and strategic approach to artist representation. As the founder of Dottridge Talent Agency, he represents a diverse roster of talent across theater, television, and film.
Gregory previously led Dottridge Talent Management, where he built a reputation for cultivating careers with care and intention. His transition to agency representation marked a pivotal step in expanding his reach and resources to better serve his clients. His roster boasts talent seen on Broadway (Oklahoma, Mrs. Doubtfire, Frozen), national tours (Hairspray, Mean Girls, Peter Pan, The Book of Mormon), as well as in film, television, and commercial campaigns.
Originally a performer himself, Gregory found deeper purpose in creating space for others. In 2018, he co-founded Progressive Theater, a nonprofit committed to telling culturally enriched stories that amplify the voices of Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color, as well as women. This mission continues to inform his work as an agent.
Gregory is especially passionate about empowering Black and Brown artists to succeed on their own terms. Through tailored guidance and unwavering advocacy, he fosters careers rooted in authenticity, inclusion, and sustainability. His personal mantra, “My Black is Permanent,” reflects his commitment to leading with truth, integrity, and cultural pride.
