Gregory Omar Osborne is an experienced talent manager and producer with a background in nonprofit management, theater productions, and talent representation. As the owner of Dottridge Talent Management, Gregory specializes in packaging artists for success, offering comprehensive services in arts and entertainment, from chorus line to production. He is passionate about nurturing careers and creating impactful performances, adept at bridging the gap between artistic creativity and business acumen.

His clients have been seen in Broadway productions of Oklahoma, Mrs. Doubtfire, and Frozen, as well as National Tours of Hairspray, Mean Girls, Peter Pan, The Book of Mormon, and on television and commercials.

Gregory’s journey in the entertainment industry began as a performer, but his true calling came through his work with his nonprofit, Progressive Theater. Founded in 2018, Progressive Theater serves as Gregory’s charitable initiative, aligned with his mission to create a more diverse and inclusive industry. The company is dedicated to telling culturally enriched stories that empower the misrepresented, including Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color, as well as women.

As a talent manager, Gregory takes great pride in helping Black and Brown artists navigate the industry while maintaining their authenticity. His goal is to foster individuality, guiding his clients to achieve their vision of success and build tailored resumes that align with their mission.

During the pandemic, Gregory made the full transition into talent management, growing his roster. Whether through managing talent or producing theater, Gregory Omar Osborne remains committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion, empowering artists to thrive. His mantra, "My Black is Permanent," is a reminder to stand in his truth and bring his authentic self into every space he enters.
